No user accounts
Mood Blocks does not require or create a traditional user account. There is no account password, email registration, or account profile. Players choose a nickname inside the game for use on the online leaderboard.
Leaderboard data
The Mood Blocks online leaderboard may store the following information in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore:
- the nickname chosen by the player;
- the highest score associated with that nickname; and
- the date and time when the score record was created or updated.
How to request deletion
Send a data deletion request to:
Please include only:
- the exact nickname you used in Mood Blocks;
- your approximate score, if you remember it; and
- a short statement that this is a Mood Blocks data deletion request.
Do not send a password, identity document, phone number, payment information, or any other unnecessary personal information. Mood Blocks does not need those details to process this request.
What happens after a request
After the request has been reasonably verified, the leaderboard record for the relevant nickname, including its score and record timestamp, will be deleted from Firebase Cloud Firestore. Requests will be handled within a reasonable period. No fixed completion time is promised because additional review may occasionally be needed to avoid deleting another player's record.
Deleting data stored on your device
Game progress and settings stored in localStorage on your device can be removed by clearing Mood Blocks' app storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the app. Depending on your Android backup settings, a device backup may later restore some local app data.
